1. How to get to the Picnic at Riverside Park, Batesville AR:
Batesville is 136 miles from Memphis and 93 miles from Little Rock. It is an easy drive by car. The Picnic is held at Riverside Park, same as last year. You’ll approach Batesville on Highway 167. To reach the park, exit Right off 167 on Meyers Avenue. Make a Right at your next road, River Road, which becomes Chaney Drive. Follow Chaney Drive and you will be directed to Picnic parking. Parking is free.

2. Parking, Will Call and Entrance:
If you are coming by car, you will arrive at the West Gate entrance. There are two gates- the West Gate is our main entrance and is the Will Call location. Once you arrive and park, you will be closest to the West Gate and you’ll be directed to the West Gate entrance.

You will have present your hard tickets or website paper ticket print out to be scanned for entrance. You will then get a non-removable wristband if you are a VIP ticket holder, and a hand stamp if you are a regular ticket holder. With these, you will be allowed in/out access as needed.

3. Times and Band Order:
Doors open at 3pm and music begins at 4pm and Lucero’s set will be finished by 11pm. The order of bands is:

Also, Josie’s (the after-party location), is located only steps outside the East Gate, will be open at 12 noon and will be serving beer, wine and mixed drinks on their deck and beer garden.  You’ll have unlimited in/out access to go to and from Josie’s during the Picnic.

Josie’s will also have the Arkansas-Texas football game on widescreen TVs at 2:30pm.

5. What does the VIP ticket include?
The VIP ticket gets you into a comfortable, exclusive fenced off area for Artists and VIPs only. Located next to the stage, the VIP area has tables and chairs, and provides and food and drinks. Access will be very limited and ONLY accessible by VIP ticket holders and you will not be able to transfer your VIP ticket once you enter the Festival grounds.

The VIP ticket also includes a complimentary admission to the After party at Josie’s. Please note that while the Picnic is All Ages, the After party is 18+ only.

6. Do I need a VIP Ticket to attend the after party?
There will be some After party tickets available at the gate, first come, first served. We expect it to sell out.

Yes, camping is allowed in Kennedy Park, which is directly across the river from Riverside Park, in the Oak Tree Grove areas, right on the river bank.
