The Loft is on Sirius too, if I'm not mistaken. Which doesn't really make sense since we have the Coffeehouse, but whatever.

Nice to know the boys are being played on satellite radio. Smiley

Yeah I don't understand satellite radio yet.  I actually think XM and Sirius are tied together now.  Not sure.  But I got satellite as a free trial when I got my new car and loved it enough to keep it.

They merged a few months back so now both Sirius and XM have most of the same channels, just in a different order, there are just a few differences.

The two companies are merged together now.  I'll be forever indebted to XM for introducing me to Lucero, on their iteration of the alt-country channel, X-Country.

They used to have a Saturday night show called "Smokestack" hosted by the guys in Blackfoot, featuring 4 hours of southern rock stuff.  I heard Nights Like These and was hooked.

Since the merger, that show and X-Country has gone away, replaced now by a very mouthy Mojo Nixon and an underwhelming alt-country channel

i miss the old x country station, and have let to hear lucero airplay,...
however a buddy of mine caught it the other day and called to let me listen to the tail end of it
