Deer Tick saturday at Harper's Ferry

I just heard about this today. Harper's Ferry is soo convenient, but I had already made plans for Saturday, so you'll have to let me know how it goes!

Crap.  How did that not show up on my tourfilter alerts?  And didn't we stand there looking at the upcoming acts like a month ago when Cory played?  (In case you couldn't tell, I also have other plans.)

Doh! Looks like I'll be flying solo on this one too. BT, we saw this on the billboard outside Harpers Ferry three weeks ago. It also came up in my Sonicliving and last.fm list. If y'alls plans fall through, come on down.

Chad Price with Two Cow and Pete Stein (Truckstop Coffee) last night in Denver at the Oriental

Good show all around. Highlight was Shane from Two Cow playing unplugged in the cold on the sidewalk outside after the show. Killer voice on that dude.

Big article on Chad in the Westword today.

Probably will go see the Supersuckers next Saturday.  But maybe not since I saw them last week.

Gonna try to see AA Bondy, The Takers, and Ben Prestage tonight.  Three rad shows, three different venues.  Depends on how inspired I am after a whiskey at Bondy.

William Elliott Whitmore canceled the rest of his tour for health reasons, so my plan to see him tomorrow is now toast.  I wouldn't want the man to jeopardize his health, but I sure am disappointed to miss him.  I think this would have been the first time he played Boston as a headliner.   Sad

Yeah I don't think Austin is on the whole tour though.  They really haven't even advertised him being on the bill since he's the opener.
I can't wait to hear him bitch out all the indie kids who talk through his set, if anyone actually shows up that early.
