so i kinda hate to moan, but my pre-order for the new album (which i paid for in august) was only shipped out last week,   Sad
I contacted the store to find out what's up with that, and have had absolutely no response. nada
Just wondering if anyone else had this kinda problem?

That's worse than me... I ordered mine (cd + tshirt) in early Sept and got it about 3 weeks ago.  Pretty ridiculous.

I'm guessing the delay is caused by supply issues with the bundled items (hoodies, tshirts, etc) - at least, I assume you got something with it?

nope just three copies of the album. i dont even mind about the delay really, its just the lack of communication that sucks

YES! I got my sweatshirt on time, just not my CD. I continuously contacted them and they said they'd ship it out with the next orders. Then three weeks ago I got a tracking number meant for someone in Australia.  Sad I got a new tracking number last week.
Now, hopefully I'll see my CD is the next couple of weeks.

I tried making it work on my auction About Me templates - but could not get it to work properly. Perhaps someone else has a suggestion for that - as I agree - that would be a very good place to have a link to a sellers webstore.img/img

I had not received my pre order, so I contacted Thaddeus directly and I had it within a few days. The preorders went out the same time as alot of the merch for listening parties and what not, and I think the mail just plain lost a bunch of shit. I sent one email and had my order three days later I woul email him directly or through the solcial club on FB
